Functions

We have three function spaces that have the ability to cater to both private & corporate functions.

The Terrace
The Sanctuary Lakes Function Center is proud to announce its Terrace Function Room has grown in size! We have completed an extensive renovation and the final product provides residents and the wider community with a modern function facility, with a seating capacity of approximately 200 guests.

This unique, one of a kind facility offers a setting backdrop that is unrivalled in Melbourne’s west, spoiling guests with superb views across our amazing lake and golf course.

The Lakeview Room
This space can cater for intimate dining experiences for up to 40 people or 70 people for standing events. This room has spectacular views of the golf course as well as the lake.

The Boardroom
The Boardroom is great for corporate events such as training days and meetings. The boardroom table can seat up to 20 people, and the room has wireless internet access, data projector and a whiteboard.
